Reflections: Typography & Layout
I think typography is an interesting and creative way to send a message to the audience. It is definitely more specific than an ordinary picture because the words can be carefully chosen.

However, unlike an ordinary photo, a typography needs more structure and order in order to be comprehensible by audience. Like Prof Nancy had mentioned, a grid would be best to maintain such consistency.

Pictures can be seen as a whole, whereas typography needs a "left to right" consistency at the very least in order to be truly effective.
